The example shown on
the left is a
machine for producing engine crankshaft damper hubs. Components are
automatically loaded after a previous machining operation. Orientates
components in correct position, pre-drills and counterbores components
prior to tapping threads followed by blow-out cleaning. Components are
automatically chucked in each of six stations and finally released to an
unloading chute.
