4-column presses are more versatile than traditional "C"-frame machines. Pre-stressed tie bars ensure there is minimal deflection of the press under load. Tie bars can be altered at a later date to increase/decrease daylight.
Press capacities range from 0.5 – 500 tonnes with single, double, and multi-ram configuration of down and side stroking options. Ram speeds are variable to meet your specification. Operation can be simple hand-lever valve to fully automated P.L.C. control. Guarding options include manual, automatic, light guarding, etc. Platens can be fixed, moving, heated and "T"-slotted. Hydraulic power packs built to order can be remote from the press or built into the press structure.
